William "Bill" Burnham

I have nearly 2 decades of experience handling a variety of cases, including premises liability, products liability, health care and long- term care litigation, auto and trucking litigation, construction litigation, and toxic tort. I have experience in all aspects of civil litigation through arbitration, jury trial, and appellate practice.  l received a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University in 2000. After graduation, I attended Suffolk University Law School at night while working at a family-owned law firm during the day. I obtained a J.D. from Suffolk in 2004. I immediately took, and passed, the Kentucky and Indiana Bar Exams. I am licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Kentucky and Indiana, as well as, the United States Sixth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.  When not fighting for my clients, I am very active in the lives of my 2 children as chauffeur and chief of the cheering section at quick recall and archery events.
